Eligible candidates are invited to pick up their registration forms starting from Monday, 2nd October to Friday, 20th October 2023, between 8:30 am and 3:00 pm daily, excluding public holidays and weekends. Remember, late applications won’t be considered, so ensure you complete the process within the specified timeframe.
Venue and Fees: Registration will take place exclusively at the school’s main campus. Be prepared to pay the following fees:
- Indigenes: N14,000.00
- Non-Indigenes: N16,000.00
This includes registration fees, processing fees, Nursing and Midwifery Committee fees, and a customized file fee. Make sure to have the required amount ready for a smooth registration process.
Admission Requirements:
To qualify for admission, you must meet the following requirements:
- Original and two photocopies of recent color passport photographs.
- Educational Certificate (FSLC, WASSCE, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB).
- Birth certificate or Age Declaration.
- Certificate of Local Government of Origin.
- Change of name documentation if applicable.
Additionally, prospective students must be at least 17 years old and not more than 35 years old before obtaining the School of Nursing, Vom Admission Form. Ensure you have the necessary age verification documents during the application process.
Entrance Examination:
